City of DeLand Utility Billing

Handles monthly billing and collection of water, sewer, storm water, and garbage collection services. Pay online at https://webutilities.deland.org/ (needs account number + service address), by phone at 386-626-7051, or in person at City Hall. New/transferring customers submit a New Account Application with supporting documentation (signed deed, HUD/settlement statement, Certificate of Title, or lease, plus Social Security Verification Form).
